Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Your order will be packed and sent out as soon as possible.

Wayu processed orders and will dispach them from our warehouse on our dispatch days which are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All orders, including express post, will be processed at 3 pm (Sydney time) the day before our dispatch days. E.g. an order placed after 3 pm Sunday will be dispatched on Wednesday. When your order has been sent out with Australia Post, you will receive a dispatch email. This email confirms that your order is on its way to you.

Wayu focus on providing the best handmade products and service – in perfect condition every time. If your item is faulty, doesn’t arrive in the condition we sent it or doesn’t arrive at all we will happily give you a refund or re-deliver your product. Please have in mind that it is your responsibility to make sure the address, delivery instructions and information you give us are correct.

We charge for standard delivery 2 -3 business days: 1. $8.90 for on orders less than $29.00 2. $5.00 for orders between $30 to $39 3. FREE of charge for orders over $80 We also have overnight express delivery that cost $11.00 which is FREE of charge with orders over $80.
